Bedroom (Double/Twin Room)
Lovely room overlooking fields and the Isle of Wight. King-size (5ft x 6ft
6) zip and link bed allowing it to convert to a twin room (each bed 2ft
6 wide).
You will find the room cosy, the bed comfy (Vi-Spring), the bed linen luxurious and the bath towels fluffy.

Bathroom
There is a large private bathroom next door to the bedrooms with bath,
shower (can fit 2 people!), WC, sink and socket for an electric razor.

Sitting Room
Guests have sole use of an upstairs sitting room which has a comfy sofa
and is equipped with:
- TV, DVD player and DVDs
- WiFi access
- loads of books, board games and maps of the area
- hot drink facilities
- homemade cakes & biscuits
The perfect place to unwind after a hard day’s walking or sight-seeing.
